Let me start off by saying that i'd rather be homeless than live here again. The amount you pay for rent is absurd for the low quality of service, communication, and maintenance. How would you like for your AC to be broken during the hottest months of the year? Mine was broken for 6 MONTHS out of my year lease.. They switched management without informing anybody of the change that occurred. Getting out of the lease is a hassle for no reason, they refused to sign my notice of termination so going... through corporate was the only sense of security i had to know that i wasnt going to be trapped into a automatic lease. Also good luck being able to park close to your building walking a good bit is normal. Dont let the amenities fool you, THEY ARE NOT WORTH IT. I hope you can feel the passion through the screen as you read this. Dont make the mistake i did, live literally ANYWHERE BUT HERE. Zero stars should honestly be a option i would give it less than that.

The ONLY perk of living here is the location.
Due to multiple staff turnovers, I'm starting to believe that nobody wants to work here, let alone fix this place up. Property in great disrepair, from the 'clubhouse' to the grounds to multiple units.
Things I have personally experienced while living here:
- leaks from upstairs apartment being ignored for months leading to apartment flooding, vents falling out of the ceiling, ceiling damage
- being told I was opting in for renters insurance during... sign up when its actually a damage waiver for the apartment, not for the tenant, and now I have water damaged items that I have to pay for our of pocket due to the negligence of management.
- office staff ignoring phone calls and emails so often that I just go in person every single time now
- multiple staff turnovers (No less than 4 since I've moved here, leading to lapses in communication and endless frustration.
- an excess of dog poo everywhere
- broken coin operated laundry with no change machine
- my unit was not move in ready when i got here; dirty, needed multiple things fixed, and it didn't get fixed until 2 months in. I went without a microwave for over half a year before they fixed it. Maintenance left two giant bags of trash outside my front door and would NOT take them when I moved in
- water damaged gym with broken machines/rusty handles
- fences have holes ripped out of them to give access to hwy. this leads to multiple people helping themselves to dumpsters and the adjacent park through the lot. There's also a homeless encampment under the bridge near the train tracks that has an OPEN PATH through the fence to the property.
- trees falling on multiple cars then sitting there for DAYS because property managers failed to do anything about it
- stair ways covered in poo, metal shards, glass, and some unknown reddish brown liquid that lead up to the other levels
- when icy, failure to salt sidewalks that don't surround the office (neglecting residents in favor of office staff)
- pool wasn't opened until sometime in July despite it getting hot in May
- rotting porch and railing (unless you're in a lucky building near the front. Last year they rebuilt a few porches but, like most things here, abandoned the endeavor)
- murky fish pond with broken filters that no one takes care of
- dogs being off leash and starting fights with other dogs
- rent changing price (going up) twice between my application and me actually getting to sign my lease
Don't live here!

Please do not sign a lease here. The five stars reviews are fake. Residents live with no heat, no air, no sinks, raccoons, animals in walls and “amenities” that are dirty and uncared for. A resident had their car crushed by a tree because they don’t cut them. Do not make this mistaks

To start off this apartment since we moved in last year has run through so many property managers and other staff. We were moved into our apartment last year and nothing was up to standards. They didn’t clean, paint, repair anything before us moving in and till this day have still things that have not been able to get fixed since Maintence keeps changing here as well. Things seemed to be improving with Dyana and Michael they were really making improvements here and we’re doing the best they... could with the mess they were given. They got the pool open, Michael and Dyana were out there constantly doing what they could for residents to get things fixed. We had a plan to make repairs and improvements since the company is raising rent my apartment deserves to be at the same standard as the others but now is not going to be done due to them no longer working here. I wanted to resign my lease because of Dyana and Michael but now that they have left I do not recommend moving here. The gym is constantly leaking from the ceiling in spots, the vents look like they have mold in the gym, the washer and dryers only a few seem to work. You can pay what they are asking for at a nicer apartment with better amenities and have staff that will answer the phone and make repairs in a timely manner somewhere else. You never know if the office will be open or closed here and whoever new you may meet.
