Dirty hallways, dirty laundry room with old waahers and dryers, over priced tiny living spaces, cheap renovations, leering drunk perverts that roam the halls and stalk women, and incompetent emergency maintenance personel who don't communicate or treat your issue like a priority.

I like my current apartment but I wish there's much space, it's a studio pad where by a kitchen and dining room area and a bedroom are all in one area. There's no privacy. I really need a bigger apartment.

Hello,
I apologize for the experience you had, as this not acceptable under our standards here at The Studios at Belmont. We are currently under renovation but have taken measures to make sure that are hallways are as clean as possible under the... circumstances. The situation in regards to another resident would have been addressed immediately if the manager was notified, as we take our residents safety very seriously. I would love the opportunity to resolve any of the issues if at all possible. I am confident that there is a solution. I appreciate your feedback and will use this moving forward to make our property a great community for everyone!
